Do Sukhman & Hernoor take custom orders

Sukhman & Hernoor are more than happy to create custom garments. Please be advised this is dependent on both time and availability of the fabric of choice.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be additional charges for all custom orders. Kindly send an email to [email protected] for enquiries about custom orders.

How long will it take for my order(s) to arrive?

Once your order has been placed, you can expect to receive your lovingly packaged item(s) between 3-5 working days. Please factor in additional costs for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Sukhman & Hernoor cannot accept responsibility for additional charges that may be applied through customs and duties, nor be held liable for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Do Sukhman & Hernoor ship internationally?

Currently, Sukhman & Hernoor is available in the United Kingdom. If you live outside of the UK and would love a Sukhman & Hernoor product, please contact [email protected]

What if a product I like is marked as 'sold out?' 

If you are interested in a product that is no longer available, please do drop us an email and we will see what we can do for you. While we never recreate the exact piece twice, we will endeavour to create the style on a different fabric. With our hand- made shawls, we can create any other colour of your choice which may not be advertised on the shop.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the apparel and accessories, Sukhman & Hernoor are unable to offer refunds/exchanges on any products purchased. As the brand develops over time, Sukhman & Hernoor can be in a position to accept refunds and exchanges.

How do I know what size to order?

All Sukhman & Hernoor garments are designed with a total margin of 4 inches, to allow for alterations. 

If you are unsure, we advise to order in a larger size so that you can take the garment in to your preferred size.

Are the colours of products displayed across all Sukhman & Hernoor platforms accurate?

While every effort has been made to ensure colours and images on the site are presented as accurately as possible, Sukhman & Hernoor cannot guarantee that the monitor's display of your electronic device of any colour will be entirely accurate.
